As a repair shop we had a approved claim (that we had to discount to get approved) then they would not pay agreed total after repairs completed.Payment approval 3 days later minus deductable.
Did not inform us of a customer deductable until after car was complete and delivered. Called and tried to get this issue corrected. INDS listened to phone calls to verify what was said back and forth and still refused the total agreed upon.
When asked to hear to conversation, the rersponse was "NO absolutly not, that is private." Will not deal with again.These guys are crooks.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problems with payment of extended warranty and associated monetary loss in the amount of $100. Interstate National Dealer Services needs to have the product delivered according to poster's claims.
