Interstate National Dealer Services Car Warranty Review
Sack of turds
This *** *** ant company and its representatives think it is OK to just continue to call you no matter what. Yesterday alone I received 9 calls all 20 minutes apart.
When I answer to tell them to go $%^& themselves, they either hang up or are silent. I have asked repeatedly how they get my phone number and no answer. I am so sick and tired of try to get off their call list. I am at the point now of considering changing my number all together because the phone calls will not stop.
This is by far the most ridiculous method of business I have ever seen and I wish I knew where the calls were coming from - it would almost be worth the trip to their regional office to show up in person and really give these pieces of #$%@ an honest piece of my mind.
If your mindless employees actually read this - for the last %&$&ING time - STOP CALLING ME. Worthless turds!!!

Interstate National Dealer Services - Car Warranty Review from Camden, South Carolina
Very bad service..this company just feeds a bunch of lies and manipulation. My transmission went out on my car 4 months after purchased and they were suppose to cover it completely and I was only to pay $100 deductible.
They told me the transmission had to be torn down in order for a claim to be filed. Which i did authorize the auto shop to do so.
After this was done a claim was processed and then I was told that I had to come up with $1200 for the difference..WHAT KIND OF WARRANTY DOES THIS TO A PERSON. I may have to do voluntary repossesion because I cant afford this.Im so heartbroken.
STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE!!!
They take advantage of Senior Citizens! They sold my elderly 87 year old mother a VEHICLE REPAIR policy - at her advanced age!
They took $465 from her credit card, and then planned to take $200+ a MONTH after that for a year. My mom didn't understand any of this, and fell for their advertising pitch. She then decided to cancel well within the 30 day cancellation period. We called and spoke with DILLON, who refused to talk with my mother, THE CUSTOMER, with me on the line despite my full POA.
He either put us on hold or mute for 10+ minutes. We hung up and called back. My mother stated twice that she wanted to cancel this policy. Dillion refused to let her cancel, giving her sales pitch after sale pitch.
I interrupted the call and advised him that she twice told him to cancel the policy. He then argued with me and the line was silent. I told my mother we would call the credit card company and BBB, at which time Dillon came back on the call. He had been listening in on mute the entire time.
We once again told him to cancel the policy, at which time he said it was cancelled and a refund would be credited. We didn't trust anything he said by this point, and filed a complaint with the credit card company and BBB. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE.
Its a scam, they take advantage of the elderly, and they will do anything to avoid cancellation. They should be put out of business.

Pranking me
Some guy keeps calling me and hanging up. I couldn't understand his name but it was from National Dealer's service 651 337 **** .
The last call I received was today 11/3/16 at 4:15 pm. Please put me on your Do Not Call list and I would like you to confirm or I will be calling the police and filing a report. I dont not appreciate a male calling me then after I ask him to place me on the Do Not Call List to then hang up on me. I then did call back twice and nobody would answer the phone.
I did leave a message asking for a call back and I have not received a call back.
Thanks,
Lisa

HORRIBLE COMPANY
had an issue with my vehicle , towed it to local dealership, it took over 2 months for interstate to get on the same page as my service advisor, they sent out inspectors that couldnt even get the correct engine on the report filed, made false claims that i drove the vehicle with lack of oil and that caused the problem, i gave all supporting maintenance records and even their 1st inspector said the oil level was normal.
The service advisor and service manager at the dealership said this is the worst extended warranty company they have ever had to deal with.
This place is a ripoff , unprofessional, lack of communication, etc..
all they are good at is lying and taking your money

Scam company
Review in Service Centers and Repairs category from Ballwin, Missouri
You are all confusing the people who send the notices with the people who actually pay your claims. Basically, the notices are not sent by the administrators, just by different marketing companies who may or may not even be affiliated by INDS.
Only reason I say this is because they have paid over 18k in claims on my moms Mercedes. Look them up. 30 yrs plus in business and A plus rated with BBB. Dealerships sell half priced warranties that have limits of liabilities less than what you even paid.
(Pay 2500 and claims top off at 2000). For example. Just thought I would be one of the few who posts something positive about INDS. I run a restaurant and trust me, when its delicious and everything runs smooth nobody posts online, bc its what you expect and hope for.
However, when somebody has a poor experience they go home and warn everybody online how terrible the food/service was and never go there etc. Just be careful when choosing against these, as all dealers are crooks and it is always better to keep your car, even without coverage.
Would you sell your house for half of what you paid after living there for 3 years? Beware of the dealership trap
Extended Warranty Scam from SafeGuard Auto, Enterprise Financial Group, Interstate Dealer Services
I got two extended warranty scam calls from 855-494-**** within a week. They said they were from SafeGuard Auto, St Charles, MO. The first time they tried to scam me by trying to sell me an Enterprise Financial Group (EFG) fake warranty. EFG crooks are located in Irving, TX and are currently being sued by Minnesota for failing to give consumers refunds required by law. I asked Scott Wesley and Carlos from SafeGuard to stop calling me. But they didn't.
Today, they called me again and this time tried hard to get my credit card number to give them a downpayment on a $2,878 "extended warranty" from Interstate Dealer Services, Atlanta, GA. They falsely claimed it was the same as the manufactures warranty. They turned cartwheels trying to get my credit card number. When I asked to see the warranty, they said I didn't need to see since I had 30 days to look at it and could cancel and get my money back. I persisted and they finally e-mailed me a "specimen" policy which looked pretty worthless to me. I asked them again to stop calling me. I will also file a complaint with the FTC. They need to be prosecuted for these illegal calls and scams.
I suspect they are pulling the same scam as EFG and would refuse to give a refund, claiming you didn't follow cancellation procedures to a T. I feel sorry for anyone who gets duped into buying one of these fake extended warranties. Your chances of getting them to actually pay for a major repair are next to nil.

Interstate National Dealer Services Warranty Review
Rip off company and dont want to pay for repairs
I purchased a 2009 Dodge Charger with an extended warranty from INDS. my car had problems cause by water pump going out which caused other problems this warranty company is not trying to pay to fix it.
they are trying to make me pay more then what my warranty cost.
I just don't think that it is fair for this company to be putting me and the repair shop through the hoops. they had me authorize the repair shop for a engine tear down but now they are trying to make me pay for it.

I am not trying to say this isn't the company that is doing this to you or not but I am based out of Jacksonville, FL and we have an agency that specializes in consulting dealerships on Financing, Warranties, different products that are beneficial to consumers etc. but we only deal specifically BUSINESS TO BUSINESS with the dealerships.
We never call people in the public and harass them asking them to buy a warranty. Unfortunately, we are unable to promote our business( that has been in existence for 20 plus years) via Facebook or a Website because our name is very similar to a company who seems to be doing this to people. Our business name is National Dealer Services and after some digging around it seems that the company that is doing this is based out of Pompano Beach, FL by the name of National Dealer Services of America and they use a variety of different numbers. We have been fighting this for YEARS.
I suspected the same thing as you did that it was Interstate National Dealer Services based on other comments and a quick Google search but after talking with people and getting deeper into research than just Google they say the only thing they can hear on a voicemail is "National Dealer Services" and when you google that and INDS is the first name to pop up people automatically assume it is them.
I am not saying I know for sure but this company is based out of Atlanta and all the calls we received from pissed off people when we did have a Facebook page and Website up for our business seem to be coming from that "954" area code in Pompano Beach.
We have tried all avenues to get them to have to change their name, stop their business, etc. but to no avail. We cannot not change our business name either because of the many years we have been in business and that is how dealerships recognize us.
Like I said before, I am not 100% sure that this is the company doing this to you or the company in Pompano Beach that I referenced but I just wanted to give my opinion from my experiences with customers like yourself who were pissed off and called me 20 times and blasted my company on my Facebook page before we had to take it down because of this other company. So please before you blast a company online please do your due diligence and not just a quick google search of a name of a business you think you heard on your voicemail.
Once you truly know who is behind it please take it to the BBB so that this harassing company can finally get what they deserve and no longer allowed to do business or harass random people all day.
There are numerous threads to back my statements up. I hope they stop calling you and I hope the company is shut down!
I just don't think Interstate National Dealer Services is the culprit in my opinion.
Hope this post helps you and others! -Ryan Kramer National Dealer Services (Jacksonville,FL)
